CIRCLES
Circles are small groups of 3–5 people who commit to living a life of vulnerable accountability and radical mission together.
They are one of the primary places at Nu Church where formation becomes a lived reality. In a Circle we practice confession, encourage one another, serve the least, and learn self-sacrifice for the good of others. The goal is simple and demanding: to be shaped into the image of Christ together, for the sake of others.
Life Lived Together
We live in a culture that prizes independence and privacy. Even among those who follow Jesus, it is easy to treat close community as optional. But the New Testament never presents the Christian life as a solo journey. From the earliest days, following Jesus meant belonging to a people who knew one another’s lives.

A Circle is not another meeting to attend. It is a shared commitment to life shaped into the image of Christ:

To know one another honestly
To confess sin and receive grace
To encourage and challenge one another in the way of Jesus
To practice mercy and mission in ordinary places
To keep showing up even when it is costly

These groups are often formed around shared life stage, interest, or felt need, but the unifying center is always the same: learning to live as people of the new creation under the reign of King Jesus.
